The administrator in a large firm is primarily concerned with those activities relevant top predictive management processes that are with activities related to prediction and control.
3	An entrepreneur puts emphasis on the entrepreneurial activities of management process, so his hold attitudes related to entrepreneurial orientation.	An administrator of a large organization would hold attitudes related to the administrative orientation of the management process.
